Yergatla, August 6 (Gatla News): The birth anniversary of Professor Jayashankar and the death anniversary of ‘People’s Warship’ Gaddar were observed grandly at the mandal headquarters, Yergatla, with floral tributes paid to their portraits. Speaking on the occasion, Dayanand, the District Working President of the Deputy Sarpanch Forum, stated that Professor Jayashankar’s plans and strategies played a pivotal role in the achievement of a separate Telangana state. He also noted that Gaddar—known as the ‘People’s Warship’—awakened the consciousness of the masses through his songs, championing the aspirations of the downtrodden and weaker sections, and emphasized that both leaders should always be remembered.
