Hyderabad, July 9 (Gatla News): Bandi Sai Bhagirath, son of Union Minister of State Bandi Sanjay, has got a big relief in legal terms in the POCSO case that created a huge sensation in the state. The Telangana High Court, which heard the regular bail petition filed by Bhagirath, on Thursday gave a key verdict granting him conditional bail. After hearing lengthy arguments from both sides in the case, the High Court announced the final verdict. Bhagirath was granted regular bail, ordering him to furnish two personal sureties of Rs. 1 lakh each and to abide by the rules imposed by the court. Earlier, the lower court had granted him interim bail for a week to write the exams. After the expiry of the period, he surrendered back to jail on June 25. Later, he approached the High Court for regular bail.
