Nizamabad, August 15 (Gatla News): Urban MLA Dhanpal Suryanarayana stated that everyone should strive for the unity and integrity of the nation. Marking the occasion of the 80th Independence Day, he hoisted the tricolor flag at the offices of various associations across the city. Speaking on the occasion, the MLA welcomed the Central Government’s move to mandate the singing of the full ‘Vande Mataram’ anthem. He urged that the complete ‘Vande Mataram’ anthem be sung wherever the national flag is hoisted in the future. He called for fostering patriotism inspired by the spirit of the freedom fighters, noting that we are able to live freely today thanks to the sacrifices made by the martyrs of that era. He appealed to everyone to become partners in achieving a ‘Viksit Bharat’ (Developed India) by 2047 and emphasized moving forward with a focus on national integration, security, and indigenous self-confidence. He hoisted the tricolor flag first at the Auto Stand Association in the bus stand premises and the Lalitha Complex Mobile Shops Association, followed by a ceremony at his camp office. He also hoisted the national flag at Sunrise Hospital. They participated in official events held at the BJP district office, the corporation office, and the Parade Grounds. BJP corporators and senior leaders took part in these events.
